Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how PlaxorStack collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the platform, website, subscriptions, billing, training, and prediction features.

PlaxorStack operates as a remote-first software platform serving global B2B clients, anchoring its primary legal compliance framework under the commercial laws of the Republic of Armenia out of Yerevan. We act as the sole controller of the operational account data processed on this platform. Software applications and recurring subscription billing cycles are securely processed, invoiced, and legally fulfilled by Paddle acting as our authorized global Merchant of Record (subscriptions bought before the switch to Paddle are still billed by Lemon Squeezy). Your financial card details are handled exclusively by them under strict PCI-DSS safety standards and are never processed or stored on our servers. You can reach our data compliance desk at any time at [email protected].

2. Data We Collect

We may collect account configuration inputs (such as user names and business email credentials), billing operational metadata, dashboard usage logs, uploaded dataset properties, service communications, and infrastructure security logs necessary to maintain platform health.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data rows to securely execute system features, validate active subscription plans, monitor network performance, identify account abuse, optimize internal prediction speeds, address technical help tickets, and comply with international digital commerce obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Our data processing operations are grounded primarily on contract performance (making the application tools available to your account), satisfying our structural legitimate business interests (maintaining system uptime, verifying user authenticity, and blocking malicious code injections), meeting cross-border record-keeping laws, and user consent where explicitly captured.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We utilize necessary cookies to handle secure user authentication sessions, enforce continuous account security protection, and preserve layout state choices across site navigation events. Any optional technical tracking parameters, if introduced, remain strictly restricted until you grant explicit confirmation permissions via our interactive cookie notification layer.

6. Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We collaborate with verified, industry-standard foundational infrastructure entities to manage cloud storage networks, secure user authentication systems, send automated system updates, and verify transactions. These third parties are bound by strict non-disclosure obligations and access limited backend elements solely to complete their required infrastructure duties.

7. Data Retention

We retain user account details, system log files, and transactional metadata parameters exclusively for the timeline duration required to fulfill operational service delivery, maintain audit defenses, resolve database discrepancies, and enforce our system frameworks.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your exact geographic home location, you maintain explicit protections under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or parallel global data frameworks. These rights grant you options to request system data access, enforce schema correction records, initiate structural account deletion scripts, object to log processing pathways, or request data porting parameters. To deploy an active right request, contact us directly at [email protected].

9. Your Training Data and Model Security

The proprietary dataset files you upload and the custom machine learning model weights compiled from those files remain exclusively your intellectual property. All customer files are strictly isolated inside your secure account layer, are never pooled with competitive business data pools, and are never utilized to optimize shared public baseline model configurations.

Where text rows or chat strings are processed via secondary baseline API channels (such as the OpenAI enterprise developer architecture), all tracking transmission is conducted under strict enterprise parameters featuring total non-training rules and zero-data-retention (ZDR) safety compliance layers. You retain full self-serve autonomy to review your data allocations and delete uploaded raw data objects or complete models at your discretion. Custom model deletions remove data immediately from hot storage layers; standard infrastructure baseline backups follow our regular automated recycling window rotation.

10. AI Brain Architecture

If you choose to link an AI Brain connection layer to a model, that interface operates dynamically to manage conversation flows rather than to harvest data values: it only reads structural system summaries and input layout field tags so it can appropriately direct chat responses. Your secure database rows remain completely unexposed. Content typed explicitly inside an interactive chat layout is evaluated by the primary foundation model platform to form answers; if you choose to integrate your private developer API token key, all that active traffic bypasses our systems completely and routes straight to your individual developer account instead.

11. Security Safeguards

We apply quantitative safeguards to protect account, billing, and prediction data. While no system on the internet can guarantee absolute bulletproof security, we continuously work to minimize data risks and respond to anomalies appropriately.

12. Contact Us

For any structural privacy inquiries, framework database clearing scripts, or legal processing questions, you can contact our core technical team directly through the site interface contact mechanisms or via email at [email protected].
