By accessing or using PlaxorStack, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
PlaxorStack provides machine learning training, prediction, usage monitoring, billing, and related platform features. You are responsible for the data you upload and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Subscription access, usage limits, and plan features depend on the plan you select and may change when you upgrade, downgrade, or renew.
Paid subscriptions require valid payment information. All subscription payments, renewal adjustments, card invoices, and plan lifecycle configurations are securely processed and legally fulfilled by our authorized third-party Merchant of Record, Paddle. Subscriptions bought before the switch to Paddle are still billed by Lemon Squeezy until they end. By completing a transaction, you authorize the charges associated with your plan tier.
PlaxorStack shall not be held contractually liable or responsible for any platform down-time, transaction processing delays, broken checkout flows, payment verification failures, or bank clearance disruptions originating from the Merchant of Record's independent systems. In the event of a payment provider outage, PlaxorStack reserves the right to temporarily freeze account tier shifts, restrict feature modifications, or suspend plan renewals until full billing network service is safely restored by the third party.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Free plans and already-consumed usage are generally not refundable. If a payment error or duplicate charge occurs, contact support and we will investigate promptly.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, or platform misuse is detected. You may also stop using the service at any time. Data retention after termination may depend on legal, billing, and operational requirements.
We use cookies and similar technologies to support security, authentication, session continuity, and site functionality. We present a cookie consent notice to users so they can accept optional cookies or continue with necessary cookies only.
You retain responsibility for the personal or business data you upload. You should not upload data unless you have the legal right to process it. We take strict structural and technical measures to protect the platform and service data.
Your uploaded files and the models trained from them remain exclusively yours. They are held against your own subscription, are never pooled with other customers' data, and are not used to train any shared or public baseline models. Where data is processed via third-party foundational model APIs (such as the OpenAI enterprise API architecture), all data transmission is conducted under zero-data-retention and non-training compliance parameters, ensuring customer inputs are never utilized for third-party baseline model optimization.
You can review what you are storing from your account and delete an upload once training has finished, or delete a model together with its data.
Where you connect an AI Brain to a model, it is used to conduct the conversation rather than to read your data: it receives the model's description and its input field names, and the prediction is produced by your own trained model. Chat messages are sent to the AI provider so that they can be answered, and where you supply your own provider key that traffic goes to your provider directly.
Where GDPR or similar privacy laws apply, users have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request portability of their personal data, subject to legal and operational limitations. Institutional business users requiring custom contractual data protection alignments or standardized processing frameworks can coordinate their compliance requests directly with our team at [email protected].
We retain account, billing, operational, and security-related data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Some parts of the service rely on trusted third-party providers for payments, infrastructure, communications, or hosting. These providers may process limited data only as needed to support the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PlaxorStack, its operator, or its affiliated developers be held contractually or extra-contractually liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of business profits, dataset corruption, API service dropouts, model training inaccuracies, or network downtime losses—arising out of or in connection with the platform features.
The total cumulative financial liability of PlaxorStack to any user for any legal claims arising under these terms or your use of the application shall be strictly capped at and limited to the total cash amount actually paid by you to our Merchant of Record for your active subscription plan during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event or incident giving rise to liability.
PlaxorStack operates as a remote-first software application serving global B2B customers, anchoring its primary operational frameworks under the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia. All payment transactions, invoicing layers, and payment tax cross-checking are managed directly by our global Merchant of Record partner, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, United Kingdom).
These terms, and any legal disputes or contractual interpretation issues relating to the application workspace, shall be governed by and evaluated exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles and without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer protections legally required in your country of residence.
